About

The house and the boat were always meant to go together.

Integrated Property started in Fort Lauderdale, a city with more than 300 miles of navigable waterways and thousands of waterfront homes rented out with the boat still tied to the dock, unused. The pattern is not local. It repeats on the Amalfi Coast, in the Grenadines, along Croatia’s Dalmatian islands, in Phuket, the Whitsundays, the Balearics and the Turkish Riviera — anywhere a great home sits beside water worth exploring.

Airbnb Experiences proved that travelers will pay for what they do, not just where they sleep. We take that a step further: the experience isn’t a separate booking with a stranger — it’s part of the property itself, run by people who know the home, the vessel, and the water.

This is not a standing start. Integrated Property grew out of Integrated Property Management, a full-service residential and marine property management business. The hard part — crews, licensing, insurance, vetting, and the operational discipline of putting guests safely on the water — is the part we already do.

What we believe

One booking, one host

Guests shouldn’t have to stitch together a rental, a charter company, and a dive shop. The whole trip should come from one place that stands behind all of it.

Owners keep the upside

The home and the boat are the owner’s assets. Our job is to make them earn together, transparently, without taking the wheel away from the people who own them.

Done properly or not at all

Licensed captains, real insurance, real safety briefings. Putting guests on the water is a responsibility, and it’s the part we take most seriously.
