Experiences
Every integrated property comes with the water built in. Here’s what a stay can include.

Yacht & boat charters
Step off the dock behind your rental and onto the owner’s boat. Half-day and full-day charters with a licensed captain — island hopping, hidden anchorages, sunset runs, and dinner on the water. Fuel, ice, and a crew who knows the local waters are part of the package, wherever in the world the property sits.
Typical: 4–8 hours · up to 12 guests · captain and mate included
Scuba & snorkeling
Reefs, walls and wrecks — Florida’s barrier reef, the Caribbean’s drop-offs, the Mediterranean’s ancient wrecks, the Coral Triangle. Dive straight from the owner’s boat with a certified dive guide, rental gear delivered to the house, and two-tank mornings that end with lunch back at the pool.
Typical: 2-tank reef or wreck dive · snorkel option for non-divers · gear included

Fishing charters
Offshore for sailfish, mahi, tuna or wahoo; inshore across flats, reefs and estuaries for whatever that coast is known for. Your captain brings the tackle, bait, and the spots — you bring the cooler. Catch comes back to the house kitchen.
Typical: half-day inshore or full-day offshore · licenses covered · fish cleaning included
Sailing & sunset cruises
Not every day needs an itinerary. A quiet afternoon under sail, a slow cruise along the coastline, or a two-hour sunset run with a bottle of something cold. The simplest experiences are often the ones guests talk about most.
Typical: 2–4 hours · evening departures · private for your group
