Real estate tokenization, AI and crypto are coming to Las Olas Boulevard this Thursday, and Integrated Property has passes to give away.
Crypto Connect’s Crypto & Costumes networking night, co-hosted by our friends at NFT Palm Beach and SMR Enterprises, takes over Bodega Taqueria y Tequila in downtown Fort Lauderdale on Thursday, October 22, from 6 to 10 PM. NFT Palm Beach gave us 2 VIP passes and 5 general admission passes to hand out to our community.
What’s happening
Expect short guest-speaker talks and open networking on crypto markets, applied AI, real estate tokenization, DeFi and digital infrastructure. There’s also the Sea Sirens Art Showcase with physical and digital art, live raffles and giveaways, and a costume celebration (costumes optional). When the conference wraps at 10 PM, the same venue rolls into “Decentralized After Dark: Halloween Edition” until 2 AM.
For us, tokenization is the big one. Turning a waterfront home, a slip or a share of a boat into a digital asset is moving toward real deals, and this is a good room to hear where it’s headed.
What you can win
- 2 VIP passes: expedited entry, a speaker and sponsor meet-and-greet, the dedicated VIP lounge, and bonus entries in the premium raffles. The top ticket price on the event’s Eventbrite page is $55.20 including fees, so each VIP pass is worth roughly $55.
- 5 GA passes: to be upfront, general admission is free with RSVP. GA winners get a reserved pass from NFT Palm Beach, so your spot is held for you.

Winners will be picked at random on Tuesday, October 20 at 8 PM ET and messaged from @ipmsocial. The first two names drawn get VIP; the next five get GA.

- Who can enter: people 21 and older who can attend in person in Fort Lauderdale on Thursday, Oct 22, 2026. Winners must attend to use their pass.
- How to enter: comment on the giveaway post on Instagram, Facebook or X. Following and liking aren’t required. A comment counts as 1 entry per platform; extra comments without new tags don’t add entries. On Instagram and X only, each different friend you tag in a comment adds 1 extra entry. Tags must be real people’s accounts; brand, bot and fake accounts don’t count. On Facebook, a comment = 1 entry and tagging doesn’t add entries.
